What to expect.
Before the class.
Wear suitable outdoor clothing such as walking trousers, leggings, t-shirt and a warmer top in cooler conditions
Arrive 10 to 15 minutes before the start of the class to meet your instructor. Your instructor will brief you on the session and what to expect.
You can store your valuables in our vehicles for safekeeping.
During the class.
You will start the class with a progressive warm up to prepare you for the session.
You’ll then move into the main session which will last around 45 minutes. You will participate in a variety of group activities.
There will be water stops throughout the class which is provided by your instructor.
After the class.
After the main class, you will be thoroughly cooled down to support recovery.
Your instructor will chat to you afterwards to hear how you found the class and answer any questions.
Finally, we can brief you on the membership options available to you after your trial sessions.
