“Absolutely loving it! I've already noticed a massive improvement in my strength and fitness. Having always struggled with my upper body strength, I'm now shoulder pressing the 15kg slamball and almost ready for the 20kg! I'm smashing my 5k PB's and I just want more, more, more. The instructors are awesome, they push you through the mental battles - just when you think you can't, you can! And on top of everything else, the community is incredible.
