BattleX Retreat Terms and Conditions

1. Payment Plan:

• Payment can be made over 4 monthly installments of £187.50.

• Full payment is £750.

2. Booking Confirmation:

• Booking confirms your spot at the BattleX Retreat.

• The booking includes accommodation, full board meals (breakfast, lunch, and dinner), and all activities excluding cycle hire costs, which are additional.

3. Accommodation:

• Accommodation will be in double/twin rooms.

• Participants can be paired with their partner/friend upon request. If no request is made, you will share with a participant of the same gender.

4. Initial Payment and Refund Policy:

• An initial payment of £187.50 if using the payment plan, or 25% of the full £750 payment, constitutes a non-refundable deposit.

• This deposit is non-refundable due to Battle Bootcamp Limited having to pre-book the hotel and facilities.

5. Cancellation Policy:

• Cancellations made up to 30 days before the event will receive a refund of any amount paid over the non-refundable deposit.

• Cancellations made within 30 days of the event are non-refundable.

6. Exclusions:

• Booking the event does not include flights and transfers.

7. Travel Insurance:

• Participants are strongly advised to obtain travel insurance to cover potential cancellations, health issues, and travel disruptions.

8. Health and Safety:

• Participants are responsible for ensuring they are in suitable physical condition to participate in the activities.

• Any health conditions or dietary requirements must be communicated to Battle Bootcamp Limited prior to the event..

9. Liability:

• Battle Bootcamp Limited is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property during the retreat.

• Participants must follow all safety instructions and guidelines provided by instructors and staff.

10. Changes to the Program:

• Battle Bootcamp Limited reserves the right to make changes to the program, including activity schedules, instructors, and venues, if necessary.

11. Force Majeure:

• Battle Bootcamp Limited is not liable for cancellations or changes due to events beyond their control, such as natural disasters, strikes, or other unforeseeable circumstances.
