What is Battle Tracks?
Battle Bootcamp and Polar UK have teamed up to bring you the latest in wearable tech in a group outdoor fitness scenario.
Advanced metrics and data was once something only professional athletes with access to cutting edge technology and a team of medical experts were able to benefit from. Thankfully, advancements in technology have made receiving data like heart rate variability (HRV) more accessible than ever.
At specified Battle Bootcamp sessions we monitor training zones and heart rate in real time to provide you with pin point coaching and feedback in turn giving you the ultimate fitness coaching experience.
We offer valuable insights into your personal performance during the session and offer advice on how to progress and achieve your goals based on this data.
Post session we send you the gathered data and offer any final coaching points via email feedback.
You are able to record and view this data in the Polar Flow* fitness app on your own personal device.
*Requires purchase of your own Verity Band or Polar device.
Benefits of Live Tracking.
Your heart rate is measured by the amount of times it beats per minute, and tracking your heart rate allows you to see how hard your heart is working both during your workouts and during periods of rest. Since your heart is a muscle, it becomes stronger as you exercise it. If you track your heart rate you can both gauge the effectiveness of your workout thus strengthen your body and your heart at the same time.
How do we do it.
We utilise the awesome Polar Team wearable player tracking system, which shows our members accurate real-time heart rate.
Track, Analyse and Improve
After training, the Polar Team tracking system reveals objective data on your performance and shares reports with your coaching staff. We use member monitoring data to plan our next sessions and help you stay ahead of your game.
