What is Tactical Mode?

TAC ON is a military term for Tactical Mode On. In short it means we have moved from a soft approach practice mode to a full on Tactical assault mode. What does this mean to session delivery and fitness terms?

At Battle Bootcamp we understand that daily life stress is never practiced for in the fitness world. Our military experience sits perfectly to mentally prepare you for these stresses. We do this by applying mental focus under fatigue in session, in turn allowing you to practice coping with the pressures and stresses of daily life and whatever it throws at you.

TAC ON sessions will allow you to experience how we practice for operations and the stress it brings in a physical setting. The coaching will still be there but the sense of urgency and the need to switch on will be emphasised at all times. No hiding, no taking it easy, otherwise you are getting called out. Work hard, for yourself, for the team, for success.

When you see TAC ON - It means this is serious, we are putting into action what we have prepared for. This is where things get tough both physically and mentally. If you are having a fragile moment, stay at home.
